If we think about the dictionary meaning, detox simply means getting rid of the unhealthy and toxic elements in the body. Yet it is not that simple. Detox is not only about cleansing the body. With water, you are one step closer to being healthy. You should not drink water just because you are thirsty, you should drink water, detox water or anything like that because your body needs it.
